Joe Sparrow embodies the deep duality of human motive: lust and fear. His powerful voice and infectious melodies excite and hypnotize listeners. By combining his unique voice and his original production, Joe Sparrow transports audiences to a world in a dark and distant future.

 

Joe was the lead singer, frontman, and main songwriter for an alt-pop band, Solwave. Key moments of the band’s success involved selling out 500-700 person venues in major market cities including San Francisco, Los Angeles and Denver, and performing as opening act for The Revivalists, Spin Doctors and Radical Something.

 

During his time with Solwave, Joe worked with producer Gordon Raphael (The Strokes, Regina Spektor) and Tim Palmer (U2, Pearl Jam). In 2015, shortly after the band split, Joe started writing for artists and producers who are already established, most notably ZHU and Stephen, as well as other artists who are on the rise.

 

After discovering his skills as a songwriter, Joe decided to create his first solo artist project in the end of 2017. Over the past few months, Joe has been writing and producing three upcoming singles: ‘Scream,’ ‘Tie Me to the Bed’ and ‘Till It Hurts’
